Fitness Program: When designing a fitness program, you have to look at the overall health of the patient and find a safe starting point. The program should have some cardio, stretching, cool down and warm up, and strength work. The program should be fun for the patient. Typically, the program should be started at 3 days a week, and can never be painful. Dr Rich Blake
