Think of IQ as the : size of the engine under the hood, and achievement as the amount of power that reaches the wheels and moves the car. The idea is to keep all parts well lubed and functioning, so that the car still has pick-me-up at 200,000 miles. Probably can't put in a bigger engine, but you can keep all the parts working well. Where you drive the car helps to enjoy the ride.
