Is it ethical to take riddalen or other drugs to increase focus and enhance brain function?

Not if prescribed: If you have been evaluated properly and the correct diagnosed correctly, these medications are very appropriate and there is no ethical issue involved. Each state controlled the use of them and the physician has to follow those laws which are there to prevent over prescribing and abuse.

Differing opinions: Many people who have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder use stimulants. However, there are also many people who do not have ADHD who use stimulants like Ritalin to enhance cognitive performance. People in the later group may obtain the medication legally or illegally. People have varying opinions about whether stimulant use solely for performance enhancement is ethical or not.
