Aphthous ulcers?: Would have to see what it looks like but it could be aphthous ulcers which presently are believed to ba an allergic reaction to something you ate. Ulcers/blisters can also be caused by a herpes virus. Get the lesions examined, and while waiting use a ethanol based mouithwash to gargle and keep the throat clean and the bacteria counts down. Even more important, keep your teeth clean.
