URI: This could be due to multiple different causes. Might be a viral upper respiratory tract infection. Could be Herpangina, a condition due to Coxsackie virus, could be due to allergic reactions. If it keeps up and doesn't resolve in a day or two go and let a doctor examine you. Best wishes.
