Many possibilities: If you have a tv in your bedroom, get it out of there. Do you snore loud? If so, you should have a sleep study done and asses for sleep apnea (all these are possibilities and not inclusive). If having trouble falling asleep even if you are tired, possible anxiety issue? If waking up middle of night and can't return to sleep, possible depression? Look up sleep hygiene for more research.
