In general, most people need about 8 hours sleep per 24 hours.....some a little less, others a little more. I would advise a more regular schedule for you if you can. Spend less time on your phone and more time doing active things. Regular meals and daily exercise (60 minutes) are important. Try to move ahead with your education. Be socially involved with people. See your doctor annually.

It is not normal if you are sleeping at least 6-8 hours everyday to feel sleepy. This could be sign of neurologic or respiratory sleep disorder. If you are getting quality sleep and still feeling tired, see a sleep specialist. Also your sleep quality is not good when you separate out the sleep like this so try to have a 6 hour block of sleep if you can and NOT nap during the day this long.
