Ah, Dizziness!: Dizziness is a term that is not medical. This word means different things to different people--i've probably heard at least 50 things that different patients of mine have meant by that word. Now lots of doctors will assume that by that term you mean vertigo but such is often not the case. Re-submit your question with a better description to get a better answer.
