Caffeine: Too much caffeine can cause all of your sumptoms - nausea, dizziness, anxiety and chest pain. But these symptoms do not mean that you are having a stroke or aneurysm. The easiest way to decrease these symptoms is to cut down on your caffeine intake. If you're concerned or if the symptoms persist, the you can get checked.

not directly: Caffeine is not a direct risk factor for stroke or brain aneurysm. However, hypertension is a risk factor for both. Caffeine can possibly play some role in elevating blood pressure.
