NO!!: Absolutely cannot as Suboxone has opiate blocker Naltrexone so will cancel out the oxycodone. I am surprised that you are Suboxone with pregnancy vs subutex. Additionally you must inform your physician as oxycodone may not be a very good idea for you to have if you have an opiate addicition. Good luck!

Unsure: If a person is taking suboxone, i try and discuss this with their obstetrician prior to the delivery. Suboxone can be effective for pain, depending on the degree of pain, and a slight dosage increase may be needed for the immediate period of time following a c-section. If a person is on oxycodone, Suboxone can put them in withdrawal symptoms. If already on suboxone, oxycodone has minimal effect.

You could: Not to give u mixed answers, the oxycodone just wouldn't work because it will not dislodge the bup. From the receptor. Thus the benefit. Subutex is generally recommended over suboxone, concern of w/d if you are so smart as to inject suboxone. Add a lowdose benzo short term after delivery, and sometimes using the sub in divided doses helps.Nsaids, gabapentin, hard with del pain but u can do it.
