Suboxone: Suboxone comes in low enough doses to get you off oxy. It remains your best bet along with substance addiction counseling and support groups. See a certified Suboxone prescriber for a consultation at least. I am one and i frequently help people get off oxycodone.

Taper dose: Gradually decreasing the dose will avoid most symptoms of narcotic abstinence symptoms. Clonidine is also useful in reducing the physical withdrawal symptoms. Your physician can evaluate and advise you.
