Thyroid level: What's your tsh? If it's not low, then you are not hyperthyroid and the thyroid replacement is not causing the high blood pressure.

Unrelated: Your thyroid issue and BP are likely to be unrelated. Your blood pressure should be treated as soon as possibility.
