For 3+ years i've had reoccurring episodes of the same headache/chills/fatigue/stomach pain approx every couple months. first time lasted 5 days with shorter duration since...i'm now experiencing fatigue joint pain in hands and jaw.. lyme's disease?

If you suspect Lyme disease then it is important for you to have a thorough evaluation bya Primary Care Provider. Whatever the problem he or she can refer you to a Specialist for further evaluation if you need it. This is the best way to understand your problem.
