I had a thyroglossal duct cyst removed a couple months ago but the doc only removed the cyst. i am still experiencing a lot of throat discomfort. pressure and pain. could this be due to the tract still being there?

Return to Doctor: Go back to the doctor who removed the thyroglossal duct cyst ... They will be able to determine what is going on.. They may want you to have a cat scan. If scar tissue has developed or there is something else, a cat scan will reveal it.
