My 2 yr was diagnosed with a thyroglossal duct cyst and the dr who said surgery after feeling on her throat are there more tests he should do on her?

Thyroglossal Duct: Usually located in the midline. Rarely clinically significant in any way. Weird looking. If you have it removed you will confirm it is nothing serious and remove something potentially unsightly.
