Not scary: Neither a stone in a salivary duct nor a cyst in the tongue are scary problems, but you do need to see an ENT doctor. First, you need to talk to your parents about this and get seen. Because we can't examine your tongue online, it's impossible to tell what is going on for sure. The anatomy of your tongue and mouth are complex, so that's where an ENT specialist can help you the most.
