Not necessarily: Many would not bring up the tag of infertility after a year or even two. They would recommend that you discuss your problem with your OB & get some basic workup started. At some point you & your spouse both may need to visit a fertility specialist for assistance in achieving a pregnancy through natural or assisted methods.
