Varicocele: Varicose veins of the testicles and spermatic cord can lead to azospermia. In order for the testicles to make viable sperm, the testicles must maintain a lower body temperature than the core body temperature. Thus the reason that the testicles are placed in an adjustable sctrotal sac. Varicose veins or varicoceles can raise the temperature of the testicles and affect sperm production.

Varicocele: A varicocele is what you are referring to. They are not technically referred to as varicose veins. But they are an abnormal collection of veins within the scrotun, adjacent to the testicle. Since the varicocele can increase the temperature of the testicle itself, it can sometime lead to low sperm counts. This is a treatable condition that can be fixed by a urologist.

VV and azospermia.: Varicose veins in the legs have no relationship to azospermia. Varicoceles are dilated veins around the testicle in the region of the epididymis and varicoceles can sometimes lead to sperm issues. If you have a varicocele and fertility issues then you should see a urologist.
