Varicose veins: it is unclear as to the age of your daughter, however, do not get varicose veins, unless there is a congenital abnormality. I would recommend evaluation by the pediatrician to obtain information and possible evaluation.

Varicose veins.: I am not sure what you mean by the question. V V's are due to increased venous back pressure due to malfunctioning of the venous valves. See a vein specialist for an evaluation.
