Is zumba good for varicose veins?

Any activity : Zumba included, is great as activating your calf muscle you by decongesting the veins you lower the venous pressure, and this is healthy to do. This is one of the main reasons the incidence of varicose veins is minimal: they still walk a lot and eat better and have less constipation. Sitting as we civilized people do do is bad for the veins.

YES: Exercise is good for varicose veins because the muscle contractions of the calf increases the venous return to the heart and reduces the venous back pressure. This is essentially what compression hose does.

Sure. : All exercise is good for your legs. It won't make the veins go away but it will make legs feel better.

Yes it helps: Exercise may help some of the symptoms but will not get them to go away. Best to meet with a surgeon that is a vein specialist to discuss all of the medical and surgical options that are available today like RFA, EVLA, MOCA and foam sclero, etc.
