My bladder muscle always feels tight 24/7 but not full. tested but no uti or anything. and i have urgency to urinate each 1-3 hour. it feels so tight!

Pelvic pain: Symptoms and signs are indicative of disease states. Frequent and urgent urination are symptoms of any possible conditions, one of which is a UTI. If you are bothered by this and it is persisting I suggest seeing a urologist. I could be a bladder condition, a stone, non infectious inflammation, and many other possibilities. You need a thorough evaluation.
