See your dentist: First of all. See a dentist to determine the condition of your mouth. If healthy, just normal oral care with brushing and flossing is usually enough. If diseased, additional treatments may be necessary.

See below: Brush your teeth twice a day and floss at least once a day. Avoid sweets and acidic food products such as pop as much as possible. If you do eat something sweet, try chewing sugarless gum afterwards. See a dentist twice a year.
