After meals: Ideally you should brush after each time you eat. If that is not possible then at least 2x per day. ( morning and night ).

Follow this....: Brush in a circular motion with a soft at a 45 degree angle or an electric oral b toothbrush for 2 minutes after each meal. You would be surprised how many people brush before breakfast. Also floss at least one time per day. Before you go to sleep is the most important time to make sure you did a good job!

At the gum line: Make sure you use a soft or extrasoft tooth brush, any firmer can damage enamel. Use small circular motion and brush along the gum line (where teth and gums meet) as this is where most of the plaque gathers, then brush the teeth themselves. Make sure to brush the chewing surfaces well going to the last tooth. And floss!
