Tooth Infection: Could be an infected tooth. You probably need antibiotics and should check with a doctor or dentist. Take ibuprofen and/or paracetamol/acetaminophen for the pain in the meantime.

Swollen molar teeth: Could be infected teeth or infected gums. See a dentist for an examination and x-rays in order to make an accurate diagnosis. If it is an infection it will only get worse without treatment.

See a dentist: It sounds as though it is likely you have a tooth infection. Be sure to see a dentist right away. Swelling in the cheek can travel down near the throat and cause the inability to breathe.
