Foot injury: A fracture will put you out at least 6 weeks. A contusion may only be a week.

Depends: On which it is: a fracture or contusion. Frature takes a minimum of 6 weeks to heal. Physical therapy will probably be necessary to control edema and increase range of motion of surrounding joints. Contusion can be day to day depending on how you feel.

That would depend on: What was fractured and how badly was it fractured. Bone on average takes 6-8 weeks to heal. Contusions are soft tissue related injuries and are not generally as bad as fractures.

Have it evaluated: Possible cause of your pain may include sprain, bursitis, fracture, contusion, neuritis, but of course there are a multitude of other possibilities. Get the feet inspected by a professional to determine the cause of the problem, as treatment varies depending on the diagnosis. Healing times may vary.
