Can cephalexin cause muscle pain or injuries in the leg ?

Unlikely: It is possible for any drug to cause muscle pain, but this is not one of the common side effects for ceephalexin. The more common side effects are diarrhea, hypersensitivity, low white count and anemia.

Unlikely : Cephalexin has a number of possible common and rare side effects, but muscle pain or injuries to the legs are not mention by the pdr.
