Possibly allergic: Cephalexin (Keflex) and related antibiotics (the cephalosporin group) are chemically similar to penicillinl. Although penicillin allergic persons usually can take them without problem, occasional cross reactions occur -- i.e. you may be allergic to the cephalexin. Check with the doctor who prescribed it.
