Can't tell : Without examination and x-ray. Either contusion or possibly a fracture. See podiatrist. 2 weeks is a long time to be in pain.

Go for an x-ray : You may have fractured it. Or it may just be a contusion. Either way pain is pain. Ice it, take it easy on it, antiinflammtories can help. (but go for that x-ray).
