Majority are not : You have most accepted correct fallow up by your doctor, majority of thyroid nodules are not malignant , see your doctor in 6 months for revaluation, don't worry too much.

Most likely benign: Thyroid nodules are common. Over 95% of them are not cancerous. They are slow growing. As long as you follow up with your doctor, no worries.
