Yes: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is normal doses is safe in pregnancy. Usually it is better to avoid medicines such as Motrin and Advil and they can affect a pregnancy. Stronger narcotic pain medicine if taken appropriately is usually very safe in pregnancy but should be taken with good supervision.

Yes: It is considered safe to take tylenol (acetaminophen) in pregnancy for fever or pain. For severe migraines or other pain, it is ok to take tylenol (acetaminophen) with Codeine or vicodin. Of course, it is best to take the minimum amount to treat your pain. Ibuprofen (advil, motrin) is not safe in pregnancy as it can decrease the amniotic fluid levels. Aspirin should not be taken unless you speak with your doctor first.

Yes: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe throughout pregnancy. Ibuprofen is fine from 10-34 weeks. Aspirin is ok up until the last 4 weeks of pregnancy. Narcotics are safe if used intermittently but can be addictive to both mother and baby if used regularly.

Yes: Pain medications can be taken in pregnancy if needed. You will need to follow your doctors instructions on how much to take and how often. Treating the underlying cause of the pain is very important as well to limit the exposure.

Yes: Tylenol (acetaminophen) and some prescription analgesics are safe. You should not take Aspirin , Ibuprofen or naproxen-like products. If you have any questions about the ingredients in a compound, you should call your doctor's office.

Yes: The safest pain killer during pregnancy is plain tylenol or acetaminophen. Aspirin should be avoided because it has an antiprostaglandin effect that can effect your baby.

Yes: "painkillers" is a pretty broad term, but we know that Acetaminophen (tylenol) is safe in pregnancy for muscle aches, body aches, fever and headache. After delivery, most women will need a short course of a narcotic pain reliever such as hydrocodone, which is safe during nursing, as well.

Yes: If you know for sure why you are having pain, it is ok to treat it with tylenol (acetaminophen). Avoid Aspirin or other nsaids in pregnancy. If you need stronger medicines, your doctor may prescribe something or suggest other therapies.
