Maybe: Your gynecologist will decide whether or not you need a d&c. This may be based the length of time that you have been bleeding with no improvement on norinyl. But obtaining your medical history and risks are important to the doctor to determine if a D&C is needed. Perhaps just more time on norinyl will work. Follow up with your gynecologist.
