See gynecologist : The heterogeneous endometrium may reflect hormones and phase of cycle. How thick the endometrium is also important. The constant bleeding on the other hand really needs to be checked out before there are consequences of anemia and the like. So see your doctor sooner than later.

See a gyno: This is a little more complicated than can be explained here. The ultrasound doesn't really mean anything at all. You do have an issue, though, that needs to be worked through with a gynecologist. An emergency physician isn't going to be able to help you, and to be honest wasn't doing you much good to get an ultrasound as they aren't going to take action based on it.
