Progesterone defic.: Still preimenopausal... You should follow up with GYN, rule out endometrial hyperplasia which may be normal. Very common problem in menopause.

Heavy bleeding for 3 weeks now. TVS Ultrasound shows endo lining 29mm, cyst & fibroid. Hysteroscopy was done. Result says "Scant fragments of inactive endometrium with stromal breakdown. Abundant Blood Clot." Does that essentially mean inconclusive?
