Ulnar neuropathy: Most likely is a problem with ulnar nerve at elbow or less likely wrist. Consider thoracic outlet syndrome, and c-8 radiculopathy from neck. An EMG can localize and confirm.

Cubital tunnel syn.: Though it can be neck or shoulder in origin this most likely represents a pinched nerve at your elbow. Try not leaning on your elbow and wrapping it in extension at night. If not successful i would see me or someone like me.(orthopedic/hand surgeon) hope this helps.
