Unclear: Trika, aka alprazolam, is a short-acting anti-anxiety drug which has advantages and disadvantages. Your question does not state: total daily dose, efficacy, side-effects. At low dose (eg 1.5 mg or less daily), long-term problems are unlikely though habituation/addiction are common with this drug making wiithdrawal sometimes difficult.
