I have a paragard iud i've had it for 3 years i haven't had a period for two months now a lot of spotting and movement in my pelvic area two pregnancy tests one negative one positive can i be pregnant ?

Possibly: An iud can fail. Please see your clinician to determine pregnancy and management. Pregnancy with an iud in place can be a serious risk to you and the pregnancy.

Pregnancy test: If you had sex since your last period, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
