Panic Attacks: In the immediate attack, you can practice slow, deep breathing (not fast & shallow -- that will increase symptoms). It will pass in a few minutes. Longer term, you can get evaluation & treatment through a psychiatrist and psychotherapist. Some medications can help; also cognitive therapy can help. Combined, these methods have a strong likelihood of relief for you.

Panic attacks: Breathing exercises, relaxation, imagery, distraction, medications to ease anxiety. A trained therapist can help you with cognitive behavior therapy.
