i twisted my ankle in a soccer game two days ago and am still feeling pain along my achilles' tendon and near my inside ankle bone?

Varies: It is not uncommon for an athlete to sustain a soft tissue injury to the ankle and still have some discomfort two days later. On the other hand, certainly can not say over the internet that you have not sustained a more serious injury. Don't hesitate to be seen and thoroughly evaluated.

IBU/ice/stay off it: This is totally norm and I have done this myself. I would take ibuprofen for pain, ice for swelling and I would stay off the ankle as much as possible. Both: Both can be treated with immobilization and anti inflammatory medication. I CAM walker type boot is sufficient
