Probably tight...: Achilles' tendon from being in boot. Do stretching exercises for that tendon while your are not in the boot

Fracture: The best action is to see your treating physician. I find many of my patients using cam walkers - regardless of the extent of instruction - using them incorrectly on follow up visits. This MAY explain your pain - but see your Doc for the help you need .
