Yes: Having a thyroid problem does not preclude one from receiving Suboxone for opiate dependency. Some folks with low thyroid may feel depressed amd feel better with opiates. A person may be taking opiates to treat an underlying problem. If the underlying problem of low thyroid can be treated with thyroid hormone supplements and the depression improves, the person may not require Suboxone long term.
