Unlikely : Unless one is already on thyroid replacement therapy and taking other medications along with Suboxone which interfere with the cytochrome p450 system of the liver, no. Even then, would be very unlikely.

Thyroid: I treat patients with both at the same time and I have not had to alter thyroid medications after we started suboxone.
