Glad you asked ...: Suboxone attaches to the same opioid receptors in the brain as does methadone, but sub binds much more strongly than mtd does. Therefore, if your brain is full of sub and you take mtd, you will notice very little effect. However, if you take the mtd first and the sub second, the mtd will be replaced by the sub and you will go into precipitated withdrawal, likely quite severe. Don't mix the two.

HOPEFULLY NOTHING: Obviously you realize that this should not be done and defeats the whole purpose of the Suboxone. There is an opiate blocker but I would not recommend ever doing this.
