Possible.: Any blood pressure medicine can cause it. Your lightheadedness could be from low blood pressure , or slow heart rate, and or abnormal circulation. Please have yourself checked asap. Its important to have your blood pressure under control, but make sure you do not have an underlying other cardiovascular issues.

A strong chance, yes: Tribenzor and Bystolic are both used to treat high blood pressure. Lowering blood pressure *may* result in light-headedness and dizziness; your blood pressure may be getting too low. To minimize these effects, getting up slowly from bed or a seated position may help. But report the falls to your doctor, as falling risks injury and will become even more dangerous with advancing age.
