WALKING VS EXERCISIN: Depends on the effort and the time you spend walking. I walk a lot in my office and seldom sit all day. Can't loose an ounce and have sore legs and feet at the end of the day! unless i walk at at least 20 min a mile, i can't keep my weight down. Walking is better than not walking though.
