When was last look?: Large variety of insulins. New guidelines. Relaxation of targets for some. Glp-1 agonists. First sodium glucose co-transporter 2 inhibitor, Invokana (canaglifozin) , approved just recently. Despite all the new, fundamentals remain.... Diet exercise, wt loss. Medications as necessary to achieve targets. Control BP and ldl.
