You may have : Peroneal tendonitis or a sural nerve neuritis. Try, icing the area as much as possible. Antiinflammatories liek alleve or Motrin can be tried. If no improvement visit the foot doc.

May want to see doc: You may have sprained the ankle and have swelling that puts pressure on the nerve when you move your toes.
