45 min ago i had heavy duty glass bowl fall on foot, bleeding extremely bad. 2 gashes on vein on top chunk out of toe; still bleeding; how long before i worry. foot went from thumping pain 2 pins/needles and getting cold?

Go to ER: The foot going cold could be indicative of arterial damage. The symptoms you describe certainly sound indicative of that. Every second you wait could be resulting in irreversible tissue damage.

Get medical attentio: May need stitches. May need tetanus shot. At risk for infection. Sounds like losing a lot blood. Go to er.
