How to communicate black toe syndrome?

I heard of : Blue toe syndrome before....Black to me connotates gangrene and that would be something you want evaluated ratehr quickly. In the event it is blue - this is still somethign to have evaluated, but black is usually worse than blue. I am referring to the toe as opposed to the nail. If it is the nail - just make an appt with the foot doc and they will take care of you. Fungus vs. Dried blood.

Read below: A black toe under the nail may be due to an underlying blood blister and will throb. A black toenail may also be due to a fungus. A black toe in its entirety is usually due to broken blood vessels from trauma to the toe or a fracture of the toe. Your podiatrist should be able to help you with this condition.
