Keep warm: Raynaud's syndrome is a spasm of the blood vessels, affecting the hands and feet, usually caused by exposure to cold. It is best to keep the hands and feet warm by wearing multiple thin layers of clothing rather than one bulky layer. Also, avoid anything tight on the feet and hands as this also prevents blood flow. Some people do well with biofeedback training to help control the vessel spasm.
