Bladder: Even though ct scan is normal, you should go see an urologist. It could be a simple urinary tract infection but could also be a bladder problem. Hope this helps.

Depends: This is another combination drug. It is probably safe in breastfeeding although we have no clear studies to say so. One of the medications though has been shown to cause renal and heart problems when taken in the second and third trimesters. We don't recommend taking while pregnant. If you are on this med and get pregnant, call your doctor right away but don't come off of it until they say so.

You might be at risk: High blood pressure during pregnancy can be managed. Before getting pregnant, it is recommended that your doctor obtain baseline evaluation of your kidneys, eyes, and heart. A well-controlled hypertensive patient can have a healthy pregnancy if problems do not arise during the pregnancy. A heart attack can occur if your blood pressure is not well controlled, and your doctor can help you with this.

Likely Miscarriage: When a fetal pole and heart beat are not seen on early ultrasound, the ultrasound is usually repeated in one to two weeks. Given your bleeding, it is probable that you are experiencing a misscarriage. If you bleeding becomes more than 1 pad an hour or you have increasing pain, you should call your physician immediately.
